We are currently looking for a Temporary Part-Time Administrative Specialist to join our team for a flexible schedule of 20 to 30 hours per week (ideally available from August 25 - October 16 & Jan 26 - April 16). This role is based in our Butte, MT office and offers a unique chance to contribute to our mission during a temporary assignment. Why Pinion?

The Administrative Specialist should expect to: Under moderate supervision and with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment, the Administrative Specialist is responsible for performing advanced and complex administrative duties including the following: Support client service professionals with administrative tasks, such as greeting clients, managing mail, and scanning tax documents for filing or processing.
Provide administrative support by executing scanning and autoflow tasks, and organizing and managing files efficiently.
Other administrative or firm tasks based upon interest and need. What you will need for this position: Comfortable navigating new technology tools and demonstrated proficiency in MS Windows, Adobe and Office suite. Demonstrated time management skills, ability to prioritize, and adapt to change.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to perform under pressure when deadlines call for swift action.
Ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy.
Collaborative and effective in working with different leadership styles and a variety of individuals at all levels within the organization.
Maintain confidentiality.
