Company Overview:
We are a prestigious law firm specializing in representing victims of sexual abuse, human trafficking, personal injury, product liability, and other forms of victimization. Our commitment to justice and our clients' well-being drives our work. We are currently seeking a dedicated Legal Intake & Onboarding Specialist to join our team and assist us in providing essential support to our clients during their difficult times.
Responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role in our firm's mission to support victims of various forms of victimization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls onsite with professionalism and empathy. Onboarding new clients, ensuring their understanding of our processes and services. Engaging in chat, SMS messaging, mail, and email communications with clients to provide timely information and updates. Collecting and meticulously documenting evidence and relevant information from clients. Assisting in filling out legal forms and documents under the guidance of our legal team. Providing administrative support to ensure efficient case management. Collaborating with our legal professionals to ensure accurate and comprehensive client support. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity when handling client cases. Performing additional duties as required by the firm to support our clients' needs.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need: A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and patience, especially when working with clients who have experienced trauma. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to handle emotionally charged conversations with professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when documenting evidence and information. Proficiency in using call center software and other relevant tools. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus. The capacity to work independently while adhering to team goals and objectives.
