Job Description:
Overview We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented professionals to join our Intellectual Property (IP) team in supporting attorneys across a variety of IP matters. These roles provide an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment while working alongside attorneys, paralegals, and clients on sophisticated legal work. Successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative and practice support, helping to ensure the smooth management of matters and day-to-day operations within the IP practice. These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and support a range of IP matters while helping ensure the efficient management of day-to-day operations within the practice. Qualifications Experience in Intellectual Property (e.g., trademarks, patents, prosecution, or related work) required Prior experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or professional services environment Proficiency with legal systems and technology, including IP management and/or docketing tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Skills & Competencies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Sound judgment and a high level of professionalism Flexibility and adaptability to evolving practice needs Work Environment Hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence Supportive, team-focused environment Why Join Us This is an opportunity to join a dynamic IP practice and work alongside experienced professionals on engaging and high-impact client work.
