Header Overview Join our dynamic team as a Legal Technologist, where you will play a vital role in supporting the technological and administrative functions of the court system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain legal knowledge with cutting-edge technology to ensure efficient case management, accurate data handling, and seamless courtroom operations. Your expertise will help uphold the integrity of judicial processes while providing exceptional service to legal professionals and the public alike. Duties Setup, operation, and troubleshooting of courtroom technology systems, including audio-visual equipment and digital recording devices. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of court proceedings, filings, and case statuses using specialized software. Manage filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring all documents are properly stored, labeled, and accessible. Provide clerical support such as legal drafting assistance, document scanning, copying, and general administrative tasks. Handle customer service inquiries from attorneys, litigants, and the public with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain organizational standards by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely completion of administrative duties. Qualifications Research skills with the ability to gather information efficiently from various sources. Paralegal experience or background in litigation not necessary, but enhances understanding of legal processes. Office experience with proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word) and data entry systems. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and records. Customer service experience that emphasizes clear communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with filing procedures—both physical and electronic—and office administrative practices.
