For an ambitious professional with a background in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field, this position offers mentorship, exposure to executive-level decision-making, and a direct workflow across the company. Position Summary As our Servicing Specialist, you will manage the critical post-funding lifecycle of our portfolio. You will serve as the primary liaison between Justice Bridge Capital, our funded clients, and their legal counsel, managing accounts from the moment a fund is disbursed until final payoff. This role requires a unique blend of analytical precision, proactive relationship management, and the empathy needed to handle sensitive legal-financial situations in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Oversee the active portfolio of funded cases, monitoring case progress and maintaining regular touchpoints with plaintiffs and law firms to track settlement timelines.
White-Glove Client & Attorney Relations:
Deliver a seamless, professional experience for existing clients and partnering attorneys, answering account inquiries, providing payoff statements, and ensuring top-tier service.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner directly with the underwriting, intake, and executive leadership teams to ensure smooth post-funding transitions and provide updates on portfolio health.
Lien Resolution & Payoffs:
Draft, issue, and track final payoff payoffs/lien satisfactions. Coordinate directly with law firms during the disbursement phase to ensure accurate and timely collection of funded capital.
Operational & Data Excellence:
Maintain meticulous digital account records, log case updates in the CRM, follow up on missing post-funding documentation, and audit account ledgers for accuracy. Bilingual Communication (Preferred): Utilize translation skills (English/Spanish) to effectively support and manage relationships within our diverse client portfolio.
A Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred. Proven experience within a fast-paced law firm, legal funding, loan servicing, or professional administrative environment is required.
Communication Mastery:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable speaking authoritatively yet empathetically with both personal injury plaintiffs and corporate attorneys.
Elite Organization & Numeracy:
Advanced time-management skills, strong basic mathematical comfort (handling payoff calculations), and a hyper-focus on detail.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with modern CRM/servicing software, legal case management systems, and standard office suites (particularly Excel/spreadsheets).
Bilingual Advantage:
Professional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is strongly preferred to best serve our market demographics.
