Job Description

Job Title:
Support Contractor(Fully Remote)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Urgency:
Urgent Need Position Summary This position provides administrative support to the Dispute Resolution department, with a primary focus on obtaining, organizing, and transferring documentation to support legal actions. The role involves working with both internal and external clients to gather required materials and ensure timely and accurate submission to legal counsel. The Support Contractor will collaborate closely with the Director of Payment Compliance Dispute Resolution and the Manager of Payer Analysis Operations/Systems to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Manager of Payer Analysis Operations/Systems Direct Reports:
None Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Dispute Resolution department by retrieving and compiling documentation for client dispute cases Partner with the Director of Payer Analysis and Manager of Payer Analysis to obtain additional supporting documentation from Payment Compliance teams Develop and maintain a structured process for submitting documentation to internal and external legal counsel Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines Maintain and organize electronic filing systems for dispute-related documentation Support ongoing efforts to streamline documentation workflows and improve efficiency
Required Skills & Competencies Organization:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and concisely
Ownership:
Demonstrates accountability and follows through on assignments and outstanding issues
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
Teamwork:
