Staffmark Total Talent Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Plano, TX.
Schedule:
Fully on-site, Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Corporate Legal Specialist Top Skills:
Bilingual Korean Tech background Advanced legal knowledge
Responsibilities:
Stay on top of weekly updates from all groups within Legal and NA Legal & Compliance teams. Prepare and write weekly reports in Korean for management on key topics. Legal analysis, research, and issue spotting on key issues. A tech background would be a plus; a self-starter who is efficient and motivated to work and learn about upcoming 5G and AI, and has an interest in overall technology. Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking). Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for businesses. Summarize cases and their application.
Requirements:
JD from an accredited law school required. 5+ years of legal experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations. Bilingual in Korean and English (writing, reading, speaking).
