The Litigation Support Technologist will support Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs) and the Affirmative Civil Enforcement (ACE) division by managing complex, data-intensive litigation matters. Responsibilities include administering case management systems, supporting discovery and trial preparation, processing electronically stored information (ESI), and assisting with legal research and document production. The position supports daily litigation operations and ensures efficient handling of large volumes of case data and digital evidence in support of federal prosecutions and civil litigation. Position is contingent upon award Job Duties Provide comprehensive litigation and technical support for complex, data-intensive cases, including support to ACE attorneys Manage the full lifecycle of electronically stored information (ESI), including collection, processing, tracking, and production Administer and maintain document review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Eclipse) and case databases Coordinate with AUSAs and Automated Litigation Support staff to ensure efficient case workflow and data management Conduct legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw Analyze large datasets and electronic records to support case strategy and litigation activities Prepare legal documents, summaries, and reports in support of case development and trial preparation Track court deadlines, filings, and case milestones to ensure compliance with litigation schedules Support discovery efforts, including document review, imaging, and metadata extraction Assist with preparation for hearings, trials, and witness coordination activities Maintain organized case files, records, and documentation in accordance with DOJ requirements Provide technical troubleshooting and support for litigation software and tools Communicate effectively with attorneys, investigators, and court personnel regarding case status and requirements Perform other duties as assigned in support of litigation activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Certified Paralegal (CP) preferred Minimum of 3-5+ years of progressive experience in litigation support or as a paralegal in a fast-paced legal environment Advanced knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and the litigation lifecycle Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional Experience with litigation support tools and platforms (e.g., Relativity, Eclipse) and legal research systems (LexisNexis, Westlaw) Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and organize large volumes of case data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment U.S. Citizenship required Must be able to successfully complete and maintain required background investigation (Public Trust) SGI Global provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
