Active Secret Clearance Required Position Summary The Administrative Support Specialist provides day-to-day administrative and technical support to Government personnel and program operations. The position manages calendars, correspondence, taskers, documents, records, and administrative workflows across NIPR and SIPR environments. The specialist also maintains SharePoint content and helps ensure the timely coordination, tracking, and completion of assigned actions. Required Qualifications US Citizens with Active Secret security clearance and ability to obtain a CAC card. Valid US passport required. 3 years of experience providing administrative or program support to Government personnel in a professional environment. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, calendars, and action items. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document-formatting skills. Ability to work effectively with Government personnel and team members. Ability to work with NIPR and SIPR systems and protect sensitive information in accordance with applicable security requirements. Ability to travel/ up to 9 trips per year (domestic and international). Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Business Management or a related field preferred. Previous experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government organizations. Experience with correspondence control, task-management systems, and SharePoint. Primary Duties Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, appointments, and administrative coordination. Track correspondence, action items, taskers, deadlines, and suspense dates through completion. Manage and coordinate assigned tasks using NIPR and SIPR systems. Draft, edit, proofread, format, review, and route correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, files, records, and administrative data. Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative records and tracking tools. Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, track follow-up actions, and support administrative requirements. Organize electronic records and maintain effective document-control practices. Coordinate with Government personnel and team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. Perform other administrative and program-support duties as assigned.
