- 12:00 AM (Midnight) Main Responsibilities
- Be on time and report to post in full uniform.
- Maintain a professional image that includes greeting customers, visitors, and employees politely and kindly.
- Be proactive in knowing all revisions to post orders and general information from The Jones Center.
- Continuously monitor cameras or equipment as outlined in the post orders.
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points. diligently report any suspicious activity and investigate accidents and criminal acts.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures, and regulations to respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Complete Daily Activity Reports, Logbook Entries, Incident Reports, and all relevant reports related to job assignments.
- Make recommendations to management on better safety and loss prevention processes as identified during daily routine.
- Know about any life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV system computers, and other equipment to complete job assignments. Ensure continuous and safe operation of all elevators and access doors. Know authorized contractor personnel who are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
- Ensure training and compliance guidelines are met as outlined by The Jones Center.
- Communicate daily with the Director of Safety and Security about any security issues or changes that need to be considered or implemented.
