Why This Role RocksThis role is all about protecting people, property, and peace of mind. As Support Center Security, you'll play a key part in keeping the Paragon buildings, parking areas, and off-campus events safe and secure. You'll work closely with Loss Prevention, Reception, and Support Center teams to maintain a welcoming yet secure environment where employees and guests feel comfortable and protected.



If you have a law enforcement background and take pride in being proactive, observant, and service-oriented, this role offers meaningful responsibility in a professional, team-focused environment.

•This is an on-site position at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.



What's On Your PlateMaintain security for Paragon I & II buildings and surrounding parking lotsProvide security coverage for off-campus properties and special eventsMonitor security cameras from the front security deskConduct routine patrols on foot and/or by vehicleIdentify and respond to security concerns or potential threatsProvide security support for special Support Center functionsAssist the Reception team with guest or employee needs in the lobbyPartner with Loss Prevention and Security leadership on daily operationsYour Recipe for Success (Required Experience)Kentucky Law Enforcement CertificationActive or retired Law Enforcement Officer, must be in good standingLEOSA and/or CCDW certification current or able to obtain within 90 daysWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft productsStrong situational awareness, professionalism, and communication skillsWhy You'll Love Your Job As our founder Kent Taylor said, "We're a people-first company that just happens to serve steaks."
