Loss Prevention Associate

KC/Kaysi Beauty is seeking an experienced and proactive Loss Prevention Director to join our leadership team. This role is essential in protecting company assets, preventing theft, and maintaining a safe, trustworthy environment for both customers and employees. The ideal candidate will bring strong investigative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing security operations in a retail setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective loss prevention policies and procedures across all KC/Kaysi Beauty locations. Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and inventory discrepancies. Work closely with store managers and law enforcement to resolve incidents quickly and professionally. Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of vulnerability. Prepare clear, detailed reports on investigations and make recommendations for improvement. Train and support store teams on theft prevention, safety awareness, and risk management. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging security technologies. Qualifications Proven experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or security management (retail preferred). Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and investigative procedures. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. Background in law enforcement or criminal investigation is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data-driven solutions. Certification in loss prevention or a related field preferred.
