Security and Loss Prevention Specialist- NIGHT SHIFT Summary Join Millennium Print Group as a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist- Night Shift! We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to help protect our people, property, and operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities.

Competitive pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package What You'll Do Monitor and maintain security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify security risks Investigate incidents such as theft, fraud, or policy violations Document and report findings, incidents, and corrective actions Support emergency response and crisis management efforts Deliver training on security awareness and loss prevention Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance Recommend improvements to enhance security and reduce risk What You'll Bring 2-3 years of experience in security, loss prevention, military, or law enforcement High School diploma or equivalent (degree in criminal justice or related field preferred) Experience with security systems and surveillance technology Strong problem-solving and investigative skills Effective communication and report writing abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible schedules and travel as needed Bilingual skills are a plus
