Overview Join our dynamic security team as a Security Professional, where your vigilance and proactive approach will safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. Your dedication will ensure safety and peace of mind for everyone on-site, while supporting a culture of security excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment committed to safety and integrity. Duties Check IDs at the door and ensure all guests are of legal drinking age Monitor entry and exit of patrons Enforce house rules (no smoking indoors, respectful behavior, etc.) De-escalate conflicts and handle situations calmly and professionally Work closely with bartenders and staff to maintain a safe environment Keep an eye on the overall flow of the bar throughout the night Requirements Proven experience in security roles or related fields such as law enforcement, military service, or loss prevention Knowledge of conflict management techniques, and emergency response procedures Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable; additional certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential threats quickly and accurately Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, visitors, and emergency responders Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods in various environmental conditions Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security best practices to protect assets effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your commitment to safety makes a real difference.
