Job Description

Solution Architect — Asset Protection RetailNext - 3.3 Atlanta, GA Job Details 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Customer communication GDPR compliance expertise IP networking Request for proposal Project stakeholder communication Experience with customer site (as sales environment) Network Address Translation (NAT) Stakeholder management Full Job Description About the role We're looking for a Solution Architect to be the technical engine behind our Asset Protection sales. You'll partner with our sales team as the AP product expert — running discovery, building and delivering compelling demos, answering the hard technical questions, and giving prospects the confidence to buy. This is a pre-sales / sales-engineering role at heart: you win deals by translating what a retailer is worried about (shrink, organized retail crime, slow investigations) into exactly how RetailNext Asset Protection solves it. You'll thrive here if you love both the technology and the people. You're as comfortable talking through IP networking, camera infrastructure, and POS integrations with an IT team as you are showing a loss-prevention director how to cut case resolution time in a live demo. You experiment, you figure out how things work in the real world, and you're energized by helping customers see a better way of operating. This is a high-impact seat on a growing product. What you hear in the field won't disappear into a CRM — it shapes how we pitch, demo, and build Asset Protection going forward.
