You will get to:
- Monitor and review video surveillance systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity.
- Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit. Upholding the integrity of a safe workplace environment and Insight inventory.
- Manage and process badge/access control systems including badge creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring.
- Conduct risk assessments/safety walks of warehouse zones.
- Respond to incidents of theft, process breaches; document findings and coordinate with leadership/HR/law enforcement as needed.
- Assist in training teammates on asset protection protocols, access/badge procedures, and video review requests.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all investigations and interactions.

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations, ideally in a warehouse, distribution, or high value environment.
- Military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with video surveillance systems, access control/badge systems, and alarm systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (with a focus on Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to write clear incident reports, and interact effectively with associates, leadership, and HR.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills: ability to review footage, sift through data/logs, draw conclusions, and follow through with recommended actions.
- CPR/First aid/bloodborne pathogen certification preferred but not required.
