The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full time In-Store Loss Prevention Officer to help protect our stores. Must have previous loss prevention, security, law enforcement, or military experience! Why Should You Apply? As a Loss Prevention Officer in our stores, your primary focus is to provide protection to customers, employees, and property by patrolling and maintaining a visible presence in order to deter potential threats and suspicious activity, responding to security incidents, upholding Company policies and procedures, and greeting customers.

Schedule:

Tuesday thru Saturday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Starting hourly wage - $25.00 - $26.00 an hour

Benefits:

Rational Judgement Manage Conflict and Safety Issues Patrol Inside Perimeter Periodically Work Independently Requirements Requirements:

At Least Two (2) Years Previous Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Law Enforcement, or Military Motor Vehicle Record Check Independent Local Travel Background Check Ability to Spend up to 100% of Working Hours Standing/Walking Strong Communication Skills Must Have Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation Skills Able to Identify Suspicious Behavior Only applicants meeting the requirements outlined above will be considered.
