- Support attorneys with case management, document preparation, filing, calendaring, and client communication.
- Draft correspondence, forms, pleadings, probate filings, estate planning materials, and other legal documents.
- Assist with organizing files, preparing hearing and court materials, and keeping matters moving efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, agencies, and outside contacts.
- Help create an excellent client experience through responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Grow into a key member of a collaborative legal team that values initiative and reliability. What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in any area of legal practice.
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism, judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
Huge plus:
experience in probate, family law, or immigration.
Compensation Recommended posted pay range:
$45,000
- $70,000 DOE. This range is designed to be competitive for Anchorage while still grounded for a full-time, in-person paralegal/legal assistant role. It can be adjusted upward if you want to compete more aggressively for candidates with directly relevant probate, family law, or immigration experience. Benefits
