This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in an organized environment, and wants to begin a career in the legal field. No prior legal experience is required. We provide comprehensive training. Responsibilities Process all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring documents are accurately sorted, scanned, distributed, and mailed in a timely manner. Organize, scan, file, and maintain client documents in both electronic and physical case files using our case management system. Answer incoming client phone calls professionally and direct calls as appropriate. Communicate with clients to provide routine status updates on their cases and respond to general questions. Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks needed to support active case management. Prepare, copy, scan, and organize legal documents and correspondence. Maintain accurate records and ensure all case files remain complete and organized. Assist with general office administrative duties. Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strict confidentiality. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfortable learning new software and technology. Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality. Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required.
