You'll own roughly 40-60 active litigation files as primary staff.

You will:

Draft complaints, propound and respond to written discovery, and prepare deposition outlines and packets Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings Mentor legal assistants and direct virtual assistants Keep every file current in
