The Litigation Paralegal will support the attorney in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, trial preparation, trial, and post-trial activities.

Primary Duties:

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and manage document production, including e-discovery processes. Experience with Relativity would be a plus, but not required.
• Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and trial binders.
• Assist in deposition and trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit management.
• Attend trial and assist attorneys in trial presentation.
• Track deadlines and filing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of state and federal court procedures
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and remain level-headed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.
• Strong work ethic.
