Job Description

Real Estate Closing Coordinator Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Coordinator to support residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings. Prepare closing packages, issue title policies, and handle post-closing tasks. Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other parties throughout the transaction process. Review title commitments and lender instructions for compliance. Maintain accurate closing files and transaction records. Assist with in-person and mail-away closings. Resolve transaction-related issues and provide exceptional customer service. Perform general administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Real estate, title, mortgage, or closing experience preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
