Job Description

Description We are a multi-state law firm seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant in our Bentonville office. This person will perform administrative and office support activities for the firm. Duties may include, fielding telephone calls, drafting/producing documents, data entry, filing, and faxing. Person must have great oral and written communication skills, be a team player and have a strong work ethic. Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are desired. This position is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience. Previous legal experience is a plus! Requirements Prior legal experience and college degree preferred. Clerical/Administrative Ability Multi-tasking, planning, organizing and time management skills Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality Demonstrated ability to communicate, including strong grammatical and writing ability Ability to use Microsoft Windows and all components of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new programs Knowledge and ability to analyze issues to determine proper handling We require background checks, and pre-hire drug screening on all new employees.
