Our main office is located in Fort Smith, AR and we have another location in Rogers, AR. Responsibilities include oversight of litigation, organization and calendar management. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, and communication. A minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Paralegal is required. Key Responsibilities Open and maintain personal injury case files at the litigation level Communicate with clients, courts and attorneys Draft legal documents, correspondence, discovery requests Track deadlines, court dates, and statute of limitations requirements Assist attorneys with case preparation, mediation, depositions, and trial support Review medical bills, liens, subrogation claims Summarize case damages Maintain accurate case notes and billing records Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures Qualifications Experience in personal injury law strongly preferred Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and insurance claims Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively Two years experience working in a Law Firm Preferred Skills Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases Familiarity with medical terminology and records review Strong attention to detail and document management Professional and compassionate client communication Ability to prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
