Job Description
Required Skills and Experience:
8+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, including hands-on management of civil subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, garnishments, and other third-party legal requests at high volume. Proven track record preparing and filing pleadings and supporting arbitration and litigation matters in both state and federal court. Demonstrated ability to manage 50+ concurrent legal matters across multiple jurisdictions with competing deadlines and zero-defect accuracy in filings and correspondence. Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management, document review, and e-discovery workflows. Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.Req ID:
