Senior Litigation Paralegal at Coinbase in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States Job Description Ready to do the most impactful work of your career? Atcoinbase/careers. The Litigation team manages Coinbase's litigation risks across the globe. As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you'll provide advanced support to our regulatory and consumer litigation teams, with a focus on processing civil subpoenas, summons, garnishments, levies, and account freeze requests, while assisting with all aspects of customer arbitrations and threatened litigation. What you'll do: Manage timely and accurate responses to domestic and international subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, bankruptcies, garnishments, letters from counsel, and other civil third-party requests. Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies regarding third-party requests, coordinating with attorneys and litigation team members to ensure accurate and timely resolution. Prepare and file litigation and arbitration case pleadings, and provide paralegal support for active litigation and arbitration matters in state and federal court. Evaluate and improve litigation internal processes, identifying workflow gaps and implementing operational enhancements to increase team efficiency. Support cross-functional legal operations projects such as tool implementations, vendor evaluations, or policy rollouts as priorities arise.
Required Skills and Experience:
8+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, including hands-on management of civil subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, garnishments, and other third-party legal requests at high volume. Proven track record preparing and filing pleadings and supporting arbitration and litigation matters in both state and federal court. Demonstrated ability to manage 50+ concurrent legal matters across multiple jurisdictions with competing deadlines and zero-defect accuracy in filings and correspondence. Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management, document review, and e-discovery workflows. Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Pay Transparency Notice:
  • Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $124,780-$146,800 USD
