Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal•Estates & Trusts to support the preparation, review, and coordination of estate planning legal documents. This role is heavily focused on accuracy, document quality control, and client-facing coordination within a structured, team-oriented environment. The position works closely with internal service and advisory teams to ensure timely and precise delivery of estate planning materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare estate planning documents using established templates and guidelines Review legal documentation for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and consistency Verify names, dates, personal information, and other key details for correctness Manage an assigned caseload and ensure timely completion of documentation deliverables Maintain detailed client and case notes within Salesforce Coordinate with attorneys and internal stakeholders on document preparation and review Schedule and support client meetings related to document execution and presentation Support overall workflow efficiency and assist with additional administrative/legal tasks as needed Ensure adherence to internal quality and service standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm, financial services, or wealth management environment Experience with estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts Bachelor's degree preferred Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus Excellent attention to detail and proofreading accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Highly organized with strong time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment
