We are looking for an excellent paralegal who is highly motivated and proactive with their caseload. This is an amazing opportunity for a self-starter who is looking for long term contract work or temp to hire for the right candidate. This opportunity is a temp to hire the right candidate. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Corporate Transactional experience in the state of Arizona. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience with contracts, negotiating terms, editing, and negotiating contracts, black/redlining, and drafting agreements. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing signatures on contracts, assisting clients, and completing document transactions.
MUST HAVE A PARALEGAL CERTIFICATE
3+ years of contracts experience Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills Solid time management skills Hourly pay rate is $30-40 hourly depending on experience.
