Job Description Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, including contracts and agreements. Conduct legal research to support the legal team and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Assist in managing litigation matters, including gathering and organizing evidence and documentation. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for legal documents and correspondence. Coordinate with external counsel and other departments to facilitate legal processes. Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the retail industry and advise the team accordingly. Support the legal team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal inquiries and provide guidance.
