Job Description
An established firm based in West Hollywood, CA with over 10 years in practice is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal with 3+ years of experience in civil litigation to join their team onsite. This role will support attorneys across all phases of personal injury cases, from pre-litigation through trial, while maintaining a high standard of organization, communication, and client care. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

3+ years of paralegal experience in civil litigation is preferred, though personal injury-specific experience is not requiredAn associate's degree or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, or a paralegal certificate from an accredited program, is preferredProficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexisStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a compassionate and professional mannerExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple case files and deadlines simultaneouslyFamiliarity with case management software and legal document management systemsBilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to applyResponsibilities:
Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, interrogatories, subpoenas, and deposition notices under attorney supervisionManage and organize case files, medical records, and evidence throughout the lifecycle of each caseConduct legal research to support case strategy and trial preparationCoordinate and schedule court hearings, depositions, client meetings, and other proceedingsFacilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and third parties to ensure all parties remain informed on case progressAssist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial notebooks, and coordinating witnessesMonitor case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and relevant procedural requirementsRetrieve, review, and summarize medical records and related documentation to support case developmentBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, FSA, 401K, PTO, ParkingSimilar jobs in Central LA, CA
