Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must. Qualified applicant should have experience in the following categories: Be familiar with preparing, reviewing and filing Workers' Compensation documents Must be familiar with EAMS Familiar in Workers Comp legal terminology Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be able to identify and resolve pending issues on WC cases Able to schedule depositions and cross examinations of doctors/experts Prepare documents for hearing and trials Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must have a strong work ethic and have a professional and positive attitude Dependable with strong attention to detail Must be reliable & punctual Familiar with Merus case management paperless solutions and computer office software Strong customer service skills Must be organized, hardworking and a team player Have excellent organization skills

Pay:

$25.00 - $33.00 per hour
