Job Description:
Real Estate Management Paralegal We are a leading commercial real estate organization with a diverse portfolio of retail properties, seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Management Paralegal to support lease administration, legal compliance, and asset management functions. This role partners closely with asset management, property management, and legal teams to ensure efficient operations across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage lease agreements, amendments, estoppels, and related legal documents Track lease terms, critical dates, renewals, and tenant compliance Maintain lease abstracts, files, and property documentation databases Coordinate with legal counsel on disputes, evictions, and compliance matters Support acquisitions and dispositions by organizing due diligence and closing documentation Assist with loan transactions, lender requests, and financing timelines Maintain corporate records and ensure entity compliance with regulations Prepare reports on lease activity, compliance, and property performance Manage document execution, filing systems, and confidentiality of records Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; paralegal certification preferred 3 or more years of experience in commercial real estate or paralegal work Strong knowledge of lease agreements and real estate practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or on a team All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
