Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with corporate and real estate matters by preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents tied to transactions and ongoing client needs.
- Coordinate business entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution activities, including drafting filings and tracking compliance requirements.
- Assist with commercial transactions by managing closing materials, compiling due diligence records, and maintaining organized deal files.
- Prepare and file regulatory and corporate governance documents with the appropriate agencies and ensure records remain current and accurate.
- Contribute to real estate matters through title and document review, transaction support, and assembly of closing-related materials.
- Maintain case and matter records in legal management systems, monitor deadlines, and help keep assignments moving efficiently.
- Work closely with attorneys, clients, and outside parties to gather information, resolve document issues, and support timely completion of legal matters.
