Attorney Support Manage calendars and scheduling for attorneys, particularly David Rancilio Coordinate attorney meetings, depositions, and deadlines Assist with plaintiff deposition scheduling Prepare and manage Notices of Deposition Provide general administrative support to attorneys Office Administration Process office expense reports Handle expense reports for David Rancilio and Ray Ward Coordinate monthly office food orders and celebrations Manage office mail and maintain mail logs Organize conference rooms and office spaces Maintain filing systems, original files, and transcript storage Oversee supply room organization and inventory Records & Organization Maintain filing room and document storage Keep conference rooms and kitchen organized Ensure accurate recordkeeping and document management Top 3 Qualifications 1. Law Firm Experience (Most Important) Previous experience in a legal office environment preferred Familiarity with legal terminology, litigation processes, and attorney support 2. Attorney Calendaring & Scheduling Managing complex attorney calendars Coordinating meetings, depositions, court dates, and deadlines Strong scheduling and prioritization skills 3.
