Litigation Paralegal (PL Mesothelioma) Adams & Martin Group - 3.8 Culver City, CA Job Details Contract $35 - $40 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Trial material preparation assistance E-filing platforms Filing Legal discovery Calendar management Pleadings filing assistance Litigation response management Full Job Description A growing and highly respected Mesothelioma/Asbestos law firm in Culver City is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team on a temp-to-hire basis. The firm is looking for a professional with strong litigation support experience who can immediately contribute to case management, discovery, and trial preparation. While technical skills are important, the firm places equal value on finding the right personality and cultural fit. They offer an exceptional work environment with outstanding morale, a collaborative team, and virtually no turnover. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage discovery, including: Form Interrogatories Special Interrogatories Requests for Admission (RFAs) Requests for Production (RFPs) Utilize and customize discovery templates and shells as needed E-file documents in both California state and federal courts Maintain and monitor litigation calendars and critical deadlines Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case organization Support all phases of litigation from discovery through trial Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience Experience drafting and responding to discovery (templates provided) Strong knowledge of e-filing procedures in state and federal courts Experience with calendaring litigation deadlines Trial preparation experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Asbestos, toxic tort, personal injury, or mass tort litigation experience is a plus Paralegal certificate is not required Top Requirements 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience Experience preparing discovery shells (templates provided) E-filing and calendaring expertise Trial preparation experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
