Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering and directing phone calls. Maintaining calendaring for attorneys, including calendaring all appearances, reminders, deadlines, and setting up CourtCall / court links for remote appearances. Proofreading, formatting, and editing pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents. Filing court documents. Organizing and maintain documents in both paper and electronic filing systems. Scanning and processing all incoming mail. Coordinating depositions, meetings, and conference calls, including scheduling court reporters, videographers, and conference rooms as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Office, and Adobe. Strong communication, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. Detail-oriented, ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of court deadlines, procedures, and filings, including e-filings and e-service with State court. Experience with document subpoenas. Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Requirements:
Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday (Full-Time, in person)
Salary:
• From $45,000.00 per year Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience.
