Vietnamese-Speaking Legal Assistant/Case Manager Hybrid - Personal Injury Law Firm (California)

We are a growing Personal Injury Law Firm in California dedicated to helping injured individuals navigate the legal process with care and expertise. We are looking for a bilingual Vietnamese-speaking Legal Assistant/Case Manager to join our team. No prior legal experience is necessary—we are willing to train the right candidate. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in personal injury law , assisting our pre-litigation team . Over time, we will help transition you into a specialized full-time position that best matches your strengths and interests.

Job Responsibilities:

Pre-Litigation Support:

Assist with case management , maintaining files, tracking deadlines, and organizing documentation Serve as a primary contact for Vietnamese-speaking clients , providing updates and gathering necessary information Help with opening and managing insurance claims , sending letters of representation, and following up with adjusters Schedule doctor appointments , track client treatment progress, and request medical records and bills Learn to communicate with medical providers, health insurance companies, and government agencies (Medicare, Medi-Cal) to negotiate and reduce liens Sort and distribute incoming mail to ensure timely responses Assist with calendar management , including scheduling deadlines, hearings, depositions, and medical evaluations

Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent in Vietnamese and English No prior legal experience required—willing to train Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive client information professionally Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us?
