Full-time Paralegal I/II Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated paralegal to support our attorneys in providing exceptional service. The position can be filled by either a Paralegal I or II. A Paralegal I is an entry to mid-level position. Paralegal IIs must have a minimum of five (5) years of paralegal experience. This role will support our civil litigation team. Candidates must be certified as a paralegal in California pursuant to Business and Professions Code §6450.

Job Description:

As a Paralegal at Griswold, you will work directly with clients to address their needs, conduct legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings, and draft essential documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence. You will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings, coordinate and schedule meetings, manage court dates, and calculate deadlines. Additionally, you will communicate with court officials and other legal professionals, organize and maintain client files and case documents, maintain timely and accurate records of work performed, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Salary Range:
