The ideal candidate will support attorneys in various legal tasks, ensuring efficient case management and adherence to deadlines. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Management of case files Coordinate project timelines and assist in managing litigation processes. Conduct client interviews and gather necessary information for case development. Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence. Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders. Requirements 2 or more years Paralegal work experience Paralegal certification (NFPA, NALA) preferred Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures Proficient in document review and project management skills Experience with legal case management software Working knowledge of litigation processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Calendaring experience is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
