Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Case Coordinator to support the legal team with the preparation, processing, and tracking of Compromise and Release (C&R) agreements and other settlement-related documents. This role involves reviewing legal documents for accuracy, communicating with clients regarding signatures and required information, and ensuring all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process settlement and release documents Review returned documents for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with clients regarding signatures, missing information, and case updates
Upload and submit documents through online trust and legal portals
Maintain accurate case records and internal tracking systems
Work with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely case resolution
Qualifications:
1-2 years of legal, paralegal, or law firm experience preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent computer and document management skills
Ability to handle a high-volume workload and meet deadlines
