This vital role combines front-desk responsibilities with essential legal support functions, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient case management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment for clients and support the legal team in delivering exceptional service. Duties Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and promptness Maintain accurate case files using case management software such as Merus or similar systems Assist with legal research, document drafting, proofreading, and preparation of legal documents in compliance with firm standards Organize and file legal documents both physically and electronically within document management systems Perform data entry tasks to update client records, court dates, and case statuses efficiently Support attorneys with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, calendar management, and filing deadlines Skills Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free legal documents and correspondence Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective client communication skills to provide outstanding service and support Experience with data entry, filing procedures, and maintaining meticulous records Bilingual (Spanish)
