Interested in learning about managing workers' compensation cases and helping people to get the medical treatment and disability benefits that they need? We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, Paralegal / Legal-assistant to join our team to fight on behalf of injured workers. Experience always helps, but we are also eager and willing to provide training on how to manage cases from start to finish.

Job duties include:

drafting letters, communicating with clients, medical records review, organizing case files, preparation of written discovery, and all facets of preparing a case for trial. Proficiency to Microsoft Office and exposure to legal case management programs are a plus. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, frequent bending, twisting and overhead lifting. Salary is commensurate with experience and education. Medical and other benefits will be provided after three-months in addition to salary review.
