Robert Half Paralegal San Ramon, CA Apply Description A San Ramon-based law firm with a strong practice in insurance coverage, business litigation, and complex civil disputes is seeking a Trial Preparation Paralegal to join the team on a contract basis. This role will provide hands-on support in a busy litigation environment, assisting attorneys through all stages of trial preparation on high-stakes matters. Responsibilities Lead trial preparation efforts, including organizing exhibits, trial binders, and witness materials Manage and maintain case files from pre-trial through trial Assist with deposition preparation, summaries, and document organization Support attorneys with discovery, document production, and case strategy preparation Coordinate logistics for hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings Prepare and manage trial exhibits and evidence in accordance with court requirements Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures Provide on-site support during trial as needed Requirements Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience required Prior hands-on trial preparation experience required Experience supporting complex litigation matters (insurance coverage, business litigation, or similar preferred) Strong understanding of litigation procedures, filings, and court rules Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional and collaborative, with strong communication skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
