Job Description

Pre-Litigation Paralegal (In-Office) A growing personal injury law firm in the Centennial area is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive individual with experience managing personal injury claims from intake through settlement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage client communications and attorney calendars. Obtain, organize, review, and redact medical records, collision reports, and other case-related documentation. Prepare detailed medical chronologies. Track and organize medical payments and lien information. Draft settlement demand packages and demand letters. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties throughout the life of a claim. Process and resolve subrogation and lien matters, including Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, VA, TRICARE, and private health insurance. Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal injury pre-litigation paralegal required. Paralegal education, certification, or formal training is preferred and will be considered. Litigation experience is a plus. Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with case management software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Professional and responsive communication by phone, email, and case notes. Self-motivated with a genuine interest in personal injury law and a commitment to providing outstanding client service. Practical, efficient, and positive, with an appreciation for teamwork and work-life balance. Spanish or fluency in another language is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$70,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience.
