Position Overview As a Paralegal at Forbush Legal, you'll support our attorneys in delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll help manage estate planning, probate, trust administration, and business planning matters from start to finish — ensuring that every client feels cared for and confident throughout the process. This position offers a pathway for professional growth within the firm, including potential advancement into senior paralegal, operations, or leadership roles. We believe in creating long-term relationships, not just filling positions. Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare estate planning, probate, trust, and business formation documents. Maintain organized case files and track critical deadlines. Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions with professionalism and care. Assist attorneys with document review, court filings, and correspondence. Prepare and manage trust funding and asset transfer documentation. Contribute to process improvement and workflow efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience as a paralegal preferred; estate planning or probate experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software. Professional, friendly demeanor and genuine empathy for clients. Experience with Clio or similar case management systems a bonus.
