In family law, clients are often going through their hardest days. We need a professional who can bring order to the chaos, keep the legal team humming, and make sure our attorneys are exactly where they need to be with exactly what they need.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
The Role:
How You'll Make an Impact This role focuses on client experience, administrative excellence, and firm flow. You'll spend less time drafting legal briefs and more time: Being the Face of the
Firm:
Welcoming clients (virtually or in-person) with a mix of professionalism and genuine empathy. Managing the
Pulse:
Owning the master calendar—scheduling mediations, hearings, and client meetings across multiple time zones.
Workflow Logistics:
Coordinating mail, managing digital files, and ensuring the attorneys have their "war rooms" ready for trial.
Gatekeeping:
Managing high volumes of calls and emails, prioritizing what's urgent, and keeping the attorneys focused on the law.
Special Projects:
Helping with marketing efforts, firm events, or streamlining our internal office processes.
Qualifications:

Communication Mastery:
You write professional, warm emails and can speak to anyone from a judge's assistant to a nervous parent.
Tech Literacy:
You're a pro with Google Suite, Slack, Lawmatics, PracticePanther, Asana, and Zoom, and you aren't afraid to learn new practice management software.
Colorado Savvy:
A basic understanding of the Colorado legal landscape is a plus, but your organizational talent is what we value most.
