The Dan Caplis Law Firm is looking for an exceptional Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We fight hard for our clients, hold ourselves to the highest standards, and we need a paralegal who does the same. What You'll Do Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other court documents — accurately and on deadline Manage and organize case files across an active personal injury docket Conduct legal research on personal injury matters Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals to move cases forward Prepare trial binders and provide hands-on support during trial Coordinate attorney schedules and provide administrative support as needed What You Bring Proven experience as a litigation paralegal (plaintiff's personal injury experience strongly preferred) Solid understanding of Colorado civil procedure and personal injury law Exceptional writing, organizational, and file management skills Meticulous attention to detail — you catch what others miss Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball A collaborative mindset and the self-motivation to work independently Paralegal degree or certification a plus, but not required Why Team Caplis This isn't just a job — it's a chance to be part of a firm that genuinely changes lives.
