Job Description

A reputable and growing personal injury law firm in Centennial is seeking a Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing cases from intake through settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through resolutionConduct client intake, gather case facts, and maintain regular client communicationRequest and review medical records, bills, and other supporting documentationCoordinate treatment updates and monitor client progressDraft demand packages and assist with settlement negotiationsCommunicate with insurance adjusters and third-party vendorsMaintain accurate and organized case files within the firm's case management systemTrack deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on all aspects of case progression
