You will be talking with clients, answering phones, gathering documents, requesting medical records, scheduling appointments, drafting letters and emails, and helping keep our cases organized and moving forward. We're looking for someone who can keep up, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks without dropping the ball. We need someone who follows through, pays attention to details, and can be counted on to get things done. We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we do want someone who is willing to learn and asks questions when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Law office experience required. Comfortable talking with clients and communicating clearly and professionally by phone and email. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and learning new software or case management tools. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. Reliable, accurate, and good about following through. Able to work independently and ask questions when needed. Experience with medical records is a plus, but we can teach you. Reliable.
