Primary Responsibilities:
With oversight from GHD and/or client legal counsel, draft, modify, and negotiate, access agreements with third party landowners to allow GHD's access to perform environmental services on or impacting such property Maintain records and track all aspects of GHD's access agreements, including expiration, parties, subsequent amendments, insurance certificates, and any other effort needed to maintain access as required by the project. Provide support to project managers as required in relation to access agreements, including attending meetings and working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience :
Two plus years' experience as paralegal or skilled administrative professional, preferably within a professional services environment. Paralegal certification preferred. Experience with review and drafting of real property documents, specifically access agreements. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time efficient manner and in certain instances prioritize as between competing tasks for multiple business clients Develop and maintain working capability on company technology platforms Existing working capability on frequently used computer software and programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook Time-management and prioritization skills; ability to multitask Take on some of the world's toughest challenges - with everyone at GHD backing you every step of the way. #LI-RM1
