We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Corporate Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-centered environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality legal support. Responsibilities Draft, proofread, and finalize corporate documents, including operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, and deeds Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to a lawyer Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, communicating professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, ensuring lawyers are organized and ready Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and track deadlines Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field and/or paralegal certificate is a plus Prior experience in a legal, financial or corporate setting is preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with E-Money or WealthCounsel A warm, professional demeanor and genuine care for clients Compensation $55,000-$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience Position Details Full-time | On-site | Greenwood Village, CO Monday-Friday, standard business hours Target start date: August or September 2026 To apply, please send your resume and cover letter to
